Help! My pictures won’t upload.

Time for trouble shooting. Check the following.

Is your photo’s file size less than 2 MB? If not, you can resize it using this online tool:  http://www.imageoptimizer.net/Pages/Home.aspx.

Your photo might also be gigantic! For example, a 4” x 6” photo will upload. A 14” x 32” inch photo? Not so much. Resize the image, choosing 540 x 720 or 720 X 540 for the pixel dimensions.

Your file name might be wonky. Don’t put anything other than letters or numbers in the name. That means no symbols or punctuation marks.!

Your picture might not be in the right format. Make sure your pictures are in JPEG format.

Others formats might work—but they might not. JPEG is a sure bet.
